AFRI Lincoln Outreach
Transforming Crisis into Stability, Building a More Supportive Nebraska for All

Under the visionary leadership of Noreen Mwabe, AFRI Lincoln Outreach is a dedicated nonprofit committed to empowering Lincoln’s most vulnerable populations—homeless individuals, immigrant families, and seniors. We believe a community’s strength is reflected in how it treats its neighbors, and we strive to foster dignity, resilience, and inclusion in every interaction and initiative we undertake.
Through our comprehensive approach combining humanitarian aid, legal support, leadership development, and community-building initiatives, we work to transform crisis into stability. Our mission is to create a more supportive Nebraska where all individuals have access to the resources, guidance, and community they need to thrive and build better futures for themselves and their families.
Our Services

Aid & Emergency Assistance
We provide critical humanitarian aid and emergency assistance to homeless individuals, immigrant families, and seniors facing immediate hardship. Our support includes food, shelter resources, clothing, and other essential services to help vulnerable community members meet their basic needs.

Legal Support & Advocacy
Our legal support services help immigrant families and vulnerable individuals navigate complex legal systems and access their rights. We provide guidance, advocacy, and connections to legal resources to ensure our community members have a voice and protection.

Leadership & Community Building
We empower individuals through leadership development programs and community-building initiatives that foster resilience, dignity, and inclusion. These programs help participants build skills, confidence, and meaningful connections while strengthening the fabric of our entire community.
